Three Rockland County ladies have a dream of financial independence and they collectively decided to do something about it. ROCKLAND BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT shines on three stories of inspiration, tenacity, and the can-do spirit, no matter your age or social status:
Terri Lopez-Beauchamp: Retired business – owner HLB Realty and Mortgage Services of Rockland County. Terri processed tens of millions of dollars of commercial and residential mortgage loans in Rockland County for 20 years. She is an accomplished Tango Dancer and recognized fixture in the growing Tango Dancing/Social community. Upon retiring, she then published her American novel: THE DARK SIDE OF SUNSHINE.
It is a coming of age story about a young girl growing up in 1940’s New York Spanish Harlem. The Dark Side of Sunshine by Terri Lopez
Not one to be idle, Terri Lopez-Beauchamp joined with two other ladies and decided to take advantage of the de-regulated energy market that delivers your electricity through a third party provider for a fee. http://www.napower.com/677518
The idea associated with NORTH AMERICAN POWER/ THRIVE is explained as each person can decide to build their own network of customers by signing them up with NAP/THRIVE and then becoming their delivery service provider. The representative is each their own business owner that builds up their network. Terri Lopez joined in the network with Jeannine Vecchiarelli and Rowena Molluso:
Jeannine Vecchiarelli, Owner of JAYVEE Media Consultants JAYVEE MEDIA LINK Jeannine is a dynamic personality and prolific writer on local issues, but with a keen eye for online/internet marketing and product branding. She decided she would package her skill sets and offer them to other entrepreneurs wanting to grow their business and increase their online presence. JAYVEE MEDIA LINK is teamed up in a network of other small business owners, trading services and expanding their reach. She is a sought after Internet Coach, business branding designer and Rockland County online social media fixture. Jeannine is also a NAP/THRIVE representative. She is coaching others on how to achieve a level of free energy and build their own residual income platforms.

Rowena Molluso is currently employed in the health care industry. She has a dream of personal and financial independence that she concluded can only be realized by pursuing a course of action that creates wealth through residual income by helping others realize the same dream. The ambition she shares with her two colleagues, developing their NORTH AMERICAN POWER/THRIVE platforms adds to their collective drive to success.
Rowena draws inspiration from her two friends as role models who took the plunge in pursuit of their dreams, despite the odds against being a published author, tango dancer or online business owner, martial artist. Rowena became a community activist and supporter of local causes, which awakened her political voice and self-confidence. She was introduced to the concept of residual income through building up a network of energy users and linking them up with an independent service provider.
